Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST. However, we do often work outside those hours, depending on the jobs we are doing. Since we are remote, we have the luxury to work whenever we need too.
We are virtual and do not have offices.
There is not a start-up fee, however, each monthly package is paid in full at the beginning of the month.
You will be sent a task report on a weekly basis at the end of each week with the name of the project that you have assigned, time taken to complete each project, status of the project whether it's completed or pending and the reason for that.
Purchased hours expire after 30 days. We will help you upgrade or downgrade your plan on a monthly basis. If you know that you won't have enough work for us in the coming month, you can downgrade your plan before your next renewal date and can go back to the original plan when you are ready.
We will notify you if are about to go over your hours. There are 2 options. Either you can buy additional hours at $55 per hour, or you can just ask us to renew your account when you go over regardless of your renewal date. For example if your original renewal date is on the 10th of each month and you already went over the hours by the 1st of the month, you can just ask us to renew your account on the 1st and your next month's billing cycle starts from the 1st and will last for the next 30 days. Yes, we do provide an hourly rate service for $55 per hour. However we encourage our clients to take advantage of our monthly plans with hourly rates as low as $40 per hour.
Our core competencies include administration, marketing, social media and writing. Although we certainly are professional via phone and will represent you to your clients in an exceptional manner, we do not recommend utilizing our services as virtual reception. Ultimately, it is not cost efficient for our clients.
Our business plans are non-transferable. However, we would be happy to set up a plan for them based on their needs.
Plans will be automatically renewed on monthly basis starting from the date you signed up. We will bill the monthly subscription fee to the credit card you provided to us during registration and your membership will automatically renew for the following month without prior notice, unless you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership within 15 business days of the renewal date.
We try to make sure that every client is satisfied as possible. However once a membership fee is processed we will be unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership you can cancel within 15 business days before the next cycle begins.
