Most HOA’s have a Management Company or a board of directors that is in charge of maintaining the community. However, community management often comes with a never-ending list of tasks and responsibilities, which can be overwhelming.
To get things done, the association can call on its homeowners to volunteer and serve on HOA committees, but in my experience it’s tough to get volunteers.
Committees are an essential part of HOA communities. Apart from supporting the HOA board, they can provide services that the community needs to succeed. Homeowners want things organized, and all of the fun social events, but they don’t want to take the time that it takes to put in the work to achieve this. That’s where I come in. Here’s what I can do for your HOA.
